The sad truth is I used to think I was pretty good. Then slowly time revealed I wasn’t even close to being enough. There was no playing catchup. Time and bad decisions put me in a deep hole. Then like a grenade exploding in my heart, I realized God had settled ALL my debts at the Cross. There’s nothing I can add.
There is an overwhelming reality that God loves me more than I could ever imagine and restored my condition and position to a place I could never deserve. His amazing grace always makes a way, and leads me to abundant life.
My future is white-hot bright because Jesus paid a price that puts me in a position of access and acceptance that I could have never attained, nor can I destroy. The Cross was not an event, it was His timeless plan all along.
