• On 051723 a Thursday afternoon I was in my car running errands and I felt God say, without my asking, “You’ve got to settle that I’m always on your side.” WOW that’s welcome news I thought. Then He went on, “Your problem is not convincing Me to get involved based on sound reasoning, the issue is simple belief in My Love.”
• I had my phone playing “random” songs in the background and before I even noticed this song that I had never heard before, God was telling me another fantastic thought. He said, “Every failure you’ve ever had is in the PAST, whether it happened 15 years ago or 15 minutes ago.” Then BAM, I started to hear this song.
• When I got home my youngest daughter was there and I couldn’t wait to share. She was familiar with the song and immediately said, “Oh that’s gotta be a Grenade.” We know Grace always looks forward, and decided this could become our battle cry every time circumstances tried to tie us to past failures – That Was Yesterday!
