  • I know my heart, and I know when a thought comes to mind that does not reflect my heart. There is no need to own it, or panic, but I must deal with it before it produces.
  • These negative thoughts do not define me, the word of God does. God has given me weapons of warfare that when implemented not only defeat the attack but put me at a higher place of hope. It’s like one step back and 3 steps forward, every time I remember who I am by the blood of Christ.
  • While I don’t go looking for these mental/spiritual battles, I need not fear them. Every time I profess my standing and declare the promises of my Lord Jesus, I am destined to come out stronger than before.
