Sounds a little harsh to use the phrase “get stuff,” but that’s pretty much where I was if I’m being honest. If I needed healing, if I needed provision, if I needed favor, I would whip out the faith scriptures and go to confessing. I don’t blame the sincere preaching on faith I received, but I know once my Pin was Pulled everything became more clear to me. The mere revelation of my right standing by Grace through Faith put me in a new mindset. Once I took my eyes off of “my” faith and focused on His Goodness and Grace, my faith and expectation grew effortlessly. Now it’s much easier for me to expect and believe to receive His healing, provision, and favor as promised in His Word.Ephesians 2:4-7 NASBBut God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, [5] even when we were dead in our wrongdoings, made us alive together with Christ ( by grace you have been saved), [6] and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, [7] so that in the ages to come He might show the boundless riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
